Gal Mor, is a talented and highly-knowledgeable Acupuncturist working at the World of Wellbeing. His main passion during many years of clinical practice has been to support people in their journey towards health and happiness.
Practising natural health and wellness therapies since 1996, Gal graduated from the prestigious Medi-Cin College in Tel Aviv, with a four-year Diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He soon after went on to take an internship at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital in Hangzhou, China, where he focused much of his time in the paediatric and dermatology wards.
Gal then returned to Israel where he ran his own clinic. During this time, he completed two postgraduate courses in ancient Acupuncture and western pathologies. In 2005, Gal moved to Australia and has since treated countless clients with a whole range of health conditions. In addition, Gal has also been a meditator for twenty years. For the past eighteen years, he has taught meditation which has transformed the lives of many.
What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture is part of a greater system of Chinese Medicine. It is the practice of inserting extremely thin needles into the body at key points where energy, also known as qi flows.
By stimulating points, Acupuncture activates the electrical system in the body and signals the body to improve its function which in turn, relieves pains and stress. Many people who have an Acupuncture treatment report feeling relaxed while others say they feel energised.
